Awarded Residential Earthquake rehibilitation project

On this project will be performing work and repairs caused by an earthquake. All demo and all the stone veneer will be replaced ,  all tile floor replaced, dry wall repairs and repainting, baseboards replaced, Carpet replaced, all concrete outside replaced, all masonry inside which includes fireplace and stone wall, stone bar, 4 stone columns all replaced. Sunroom weather proofing. All interior doors to be straightened and all windows that are cracked or broken to be replaced.

Lots of work to be done and this will take roughly 8 weeks. This is a winter job so weather is permitted also working with an insurance agent might have some influence on time and schedules,
