Decorative concrete

We do not recommend decorative concrete. We always find it best to install natural stone, pavers, bricks with concrete footings or base but not as finished product due to cracks, settlement, hot to the touch, pitting and matching for future and repair projects and costly repairs.

(Acid Stain)

Acid Stain is not a paint or coating agent, rather, it's a coloring process involving a chemical reaction on a cementitious material. A solution made with water, acid, and inorganic salts reacts with minerals already present in the concrete, the result of this reaction is color. It works very well on new or old concrete, and we've seen impressive results over decorative cementitious overlays and self-levelers. Acid Stain is a very durable product if properly protected with sealer or wax, and it can be applied to both interiors and exteriors.

Acid Stain gives amarble like look. It creates beautiful colors on concrete, mostly earth tone browns, reddish browns and greens. You can also create your own shades by mixing and matching your available colors, or applying them at different rates. Never expect Acid Stain to be uniform or have an even tone, you'll get different reactions from slab to slab, and even on the same job you may see different coloration patterns.

Acid Stain can be applied to walks, entrances, driveways, living rooms, bathrooms, patios, high traffic areas and even vertically to any cementitious surface On some applications where the surface is textured, as in stamped concrete or stamped overlays, Acid Stain provides even more depth of color, larger selection and realistic look to the surface.

(Stamped Concrete)

Stamped Concrete is the process of adding texture and color to concrete to make it resemble stone, brick, slate, cobblestone and many other products found in nature including wood, fossils, shells and many more. This limitless array of possibilities combined with great durability and lower cost than natural products makes Stamped Concrete an easy choice for new construction and renovation projects.

The installation consists of pressing molds into the concrete while the concrete is still in its plastic state. Color is achieved by using Dry Shakes or Color Hardeners, Powder or Liquid Releases, Integral Colors or Acid Stains. All these products may be combined to create even more intricate designs.

Stamped Concrete may be used on driveways, patios, commercial roads, parking lots and even interior floors.

(Concrete Counter Tops)

Concrete Countertops are quickly becoming the ''in thing'', although artisans have been installing concrete counters for many years, lately they have become a very popular and trendy medium.

Concrete gives kitchens and other rooms a rustic natural finish that blends-in with practically any style. Along with endless combinations of color and designs concrete counters are a perfect fit for either traditional or modern settings.

Concrete countertops offer many advantages over granite and other typical countertops surfaces, concrete may be colored in just about any possible way, the shape of the counter may be formed to the most intricate shape and there are a variety of sealers that may be applied to the countertop to obtain very different effects and depth. Concrete countertops offer the project owner the possibility of a one of a kind product unique to them.

(Polished Concrete)

Polished Concrete started as a solution for industrial concrete floors problems and evolved into a medium that has metamorphosed itself into one the fasted growing additions to the Decorative Concrete realm. Polished concrete offers solutions and low maintenance, no wax, no sealers, it's all done during the process. The technology behind polishing concrete has advanced in leaps and bounds in the last few years adding more advanced equipment, coloring options such as dyes and stains and of course the polishing diamond themselves have become state of the art.

Polished concrete produces a high gloss finish that does not need wax or sealers, it is almost maintenance free and provide beautiful floors on any setting, commercial, residential, industrial or institutional.
