Awarded historic home repairs

This project consists of removing a second story brick wall that is bellying out and on the first story the mortar around the stone is deteriorating. The stone wall will need to be removed as well for just re-pointing will not fix the problem. Stone sidewalks will be removed and replaced along with landings and risers. Oak beams will be replaced above the windows in the front of the home. This historic home can be found is some of the Tulsa historic homes books. We hope the owner is pleased with the repairs.
