This job consisted of re-pointing cracked mortar and replacing loose stone. The stone is a manufactured stone that replicates real stone and installs on a bed of mortar and not a vertical substrate. Water had been penetrating through the structure and getting the interior wet. During the project we noticed the ty-vek (house wrap) had not been installed. We are not sure if wall ties where installed or used. We used a basket lift to get us over the steep roof and also give us more safety. The home was built in 2004.
